partnering of Fort Bragg in North Carolina (or rather their religious support office) and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association in 2010. RBB will be throwing an exciting rock concert for all non-theists and to show their support for atheist soldiers. The event starts March 31st in Fort Bragg North Carolina, a little after Reason Rally. The Stiefel Freethought Foundation and American Atheists helped sponsor this event. conference was a huge success and this year's will be bigger and better! The event will be at Ohio State University in Columbus, OH and will be two days long. The conference is from July 6-8th, which may seem a ways away, but it will be here before you know it. You can check out our list of awesome speakers 
There are many answers to these questions, so I am just going to focus on what I personally think are the typical group-starting experiences I’ve heard and deal with the most important. Many of you are probably already what we call the de-facto leaders of your groups. You initiated contact with the SSA, requested a packet from us, and have done the majority of the organizing for the group thus far. This is great (and I applaud you for all of your hard work), but at some point you’re going to have to initiate some type of formal system for picking officers or group leaders. Here’s what I suggest and what I see happen most often. 
internships at CFI-Transnational in Amherst, NY during the summer. There is a $165 a week stipend and housing is provided. The interns will be trained in campus outreach, grassroots organizing, event planning and management, and other skills useful in non-profit advocacy. Specific projects depend on the interns' interests and experience but may include: developing new online campus organizing resources, producing audio and video materials, and designing new CFI On Campus promotional materials. The tentative dates for the internship are May 14th-August 3rd. Applications are due April 2nd.
