Ideas?

Our campus group will be starting it's sophomore year. Since last year was our first year, we held some small events, but I wanted us to find our identity and solidify our group before taking on anything too large. Now that we are more established, I would like to do some larger events. For those of you with more experience, what has worked well for you in the past? What were your most successful events? What didn't work? What are some ideas that never came to fruition??
