Hello!

Every spring and fall, the Secular Student Alliance requires each campus affiliate to renew its affiliation. This helps both your group and the SSA as a whole. It enables us to maintain accurate, up-to-date records on our end, and it gives us a chance to remind your group about all the awesome services and resources we provide.

Groups that do not complete an Affiliation Renewal survey will be removed from our affiliate directory and will no longer have access to SSA services and resources. We don't want to lose your group! So make sure you take a few minutes to fill out the survey.

If your group completes the Affiliation Renewal within a week of us sending out the live form, you will be entered into a drawing to win one of two $50 EvolveFISH gift certificates for your group!

We'll be launching the Affiliation Renewal for Spring 2010 next week, and we wanted to give you a heads up so that it will be a quick and painless process. The renewal survey is easiest if you have all your information at hand before you get started.

For that reason, we have posted a PREVIEW of the survey at www.secularstudents.org/node/3019. Please note that this is a PREVIEW and you cannot use this form to renew your affiliation.

It can be very helpful for your group to designate one officer to be in charge of renewing your group's affiliation. That person can gather the information and be responsible for completing the official survey form when we send it.

You will receive an email with a link to the official Affiliation Renewal survey next week.
