Mr. McKinsey has specialized in exposing the errors, contradictions, and fallacies of scripture for over three (3) decades.  He published a monthly periodical entitled "Biblical Errancy" from 1982 to 1999 with hundreds of subscribers throughout the world. It was subcaptioned as "The only national periodical focusing on biblical errors, contradictions, and fallacies, while providing a hearing for apologists."

Mr. McKinsey is also the author of two books: The Encyclopedia Of Biblical Errancy [1995] and Biblical Errancy, A Reference Gudie [2000] (Prometheus Press). He has appeared on many radio call-in programs throughout the nation including WRVA (Richmond), WLW (Cincinnati), WHLO (Akron), WSB (Atlanta), WWKB, (Buffalo), WOAI, (San Antonio), and (KBRT) Los Angeles.  Between 1994 and 1998 he created 100 half hour programs which extract the essence of his Encyclopedia and are meant to be played by cable access television volunteers.  He is currently the host of The Biblical Errancy Show every Sunday evening at 8 PM EST at www.freethoughtmedia.com

He obtained a bachelor's degree in philosophy in 1962 and a master's degree in the social sciences in 1964 from the University of Indiana and taught social studies full time at the secondary level for 10 years.  He has also been a community college instructor in sociology and a secondary guidance counselor.  For brief periods he was a civil rights investigator, a truant officer, and a government researcher.
