Since last year was our first year, we held some small events, but I wanted us to find our identity and solidify our group before taking on anything too large. Now that we are more established, I would like to do some larger events.</p> <p>For those of you with more experience, what has worked well for you in the past? What were your most successful events? What didn't work?
