I'm really interested in starting a club at my high school that is dedicated to freethought, humanism, and philosophy; I just sent a request for a group starting packet. I'm a strong advocate for secularism, reason, and freethought...however, I'm a polytheist or rather an agnostic polytheist. As a future high school teacher, does anyone have any advice as to what I can and cannot do to help atheist students in school?

Obviously, if students wanted to start an atheist group, I could sponsor it.

But are there any limitations to my involvement outside of that? (Even if those limitations may not be in writing...)
